I raced through this book in my first read, pausing only to laugh, because Mama truly does have a unique and hilarious way with words. And also to cry, when I was moved by a new realizations, such as when Mama talks about acknowledgement, as well as anger, and I could really see how that had been impacting my relationships.
This is a "guide" in the true sense of the word. Mama Gena provides very practical and expert viewpoints on communication and man training, but it does not stop there. She includes exercises and checklists throughout the book which are enormously empowering.
