Chicken Soup for the Soul: Twins and More: 101 Stories Celebrating Double Trouble and Multiple Blessings (Chicken Soup for the Soul (Quality Paper)) ReviewI'm a mom of twin daughters so when I saw this, I immediately picked it up. I've read at least 3 other chicken soup books and LOVED them, so maybe I just had high expectations? I didn't find any of these stories particularly touching or inspirational. I'm not sure if i'm just incredibly lucky not to have any twin horror stories but I could not relate to most of the people in the book. I was just not impressed.

It has hundreds of tips and suggestions from those who have been through it. These are the things that your doctors can't tell you about, because few of them have actually experienced it. Author Barbara Delinsky invited breast cancer survivors to share their best tips and stories. Some of them are quite funny, but you'd have to be "one of the sisterhood" to understand. I first checked it out from the library, but decided I had to have my own copy. Breast Strokes: Two Friends Journal Through the Unexpected Gifts of Cancer ReviewI was given this book to read, and at first I have to say I wasn't too excited about it. It seemed at face value a bit "new age" for me. But once I started reading this absolutely beautifully written and compelling book, I could feel the peace wash over me. The two authors are both honest throughout, and their reflections and poetry were just wow. From the cover, to the peaceful way the book is laid out for view, it fills one with amazing hope, and the friendship of the two ladies is indeed inspiring.Breast Strokes: Two Friends Journal Through the Unexpected Gifts of Cancer Overview
